We actively participate in United Field Trialers' Association, also know as "UFTA."  This organization gives us the opportunity to compete against other hunting dogs all over the country.  With a 15 minute time limit and 6 shells, you have 3 birds to find.  The dog is scored on the point / flush, retrieve, and each bagged bird.  Points are also awarded for each shot bird, each shell unused, and every minute left over.  Time stops after the 3rd bird is bagged and the dog is leashed.

Silver Pigeon Gun Dogs hosts events in Fairbanks, PA and in Elizabeth, PA.  We will post upcoming events on this site as well as previous events and results.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or if you are interested in participating.  Spectators are always welcome.
